Tehran, July ۲۵ (MRUD NEWS) —Shortly after the visit in Astara on July ۱۷, ۲۰۲۳, Iran Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Mehrdad Bazrpash, and Shahin Mustafayev, First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, as the heads of Iran, Azerbaijan Joint Economic Commission, in a telephone call, talked about development of bilateral relations.
